Q is good ideas without the egos. We work hard for you, but not quite hard enough to kill us. We'll treat you like a best buddy but only if you're prepared to trust our passion and ideas. We'll always listen to you, but won't always do what you ask if we believe we've got a better option that will work better for your business - that's why we crave trust. 

There's quite a few of us here and after 14 years we've created a tight knit team of individuals with different skills, strengths, moods and hairstyles -  all on hand to create engaging, award winning, solid  - and definitely successful work for your brand.

 


The People

Our staff are like the white stuff on the top of a lemon and meringue pie -  without them we have nothing. They are our only real asset and the culture we foster at Q stimulates ownership from employees and gives freedom to grow their position into one which is rewarding and uniquely beneficial. We surf, we play football, we sell ecofriendly bags on trade me, we run marathons and we play the drums -  we're individuals but we're a great team. 

Phillip Sunderland started Q after a few years serving big multinational agencies with the aim of fostering a new kind of business, an agency that thinks/acts different -  free of the restraint of politics, big headed directors and a healthy respect for the hours outside of 9 - 5pm. His vision has been rewarded by seeing Q and the team grow into an award winning bundle of mates and colleagues that make up what we are. We think we're pretty good souls and reckon if you're keen for the ride -  you're in for a good time and some great work.
